Project Overview
The Beachland Presentation Center is a landmark community experience space located in Colwood, BC, designed to introduce one of Vancouver Island’s most ambitious oceanfront master-planned developments.
This 15,000 sq ft facility showcases a seamless blend of modern West Coast architecture and thoughtfully curated coastal landscaping. IslandEarth Landscape Services contributed to creating a refined and welcoming outdoor environment that enhances the visitor experience while reflecting the natural beauty of the surrounding coastline.
Featuring a 141-foot panoramic glass wall, geothermal heating and cooling, and integrated native planting, the site balances sustainability, innovation, and visual impact. The landscape design supports the broader vision of the $1.2B Beachlands development, setting the tone for a vibrant and connected oceanfront community.
