Shane comes to us from Vancouver and has made Victoria his home after gaining valuable experience at Camosun and the University of Victoria. Moreover, he has an impressive track record of managing multiple businesses and teams in the hospitality industry. Shane has extensive experience in landscape and construction, making him well-equipped to drive our operational success.
Over the past 15 years, Shane has demonstrated exemplary professional management, showcasing stellar organizational skills and providing top-tier customer service. Furthermore, he excels at managing multiple teams and focusing on growth, ensuring the continued prosperity of IslandEarth Landscape Services.
On a personal note, Shane is happily married to Katie, and together they are raising their three beautiful children, Matteo, Aiya, and Maddox, in the vibrant community of Westshore. Importantly, this strong sense of family and community is something that Shane carries into his professional life, treating each project with care and thoughtfulness as if it were for his backyard.
